Doctorate of Professional Studies
Pace University's Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems, in collaboration with our Lower Hudson Teacher Center Network, offers a three year, 48 credit Doctor of Professional Studies.
It is a specifically designed cohort model for Education professionals and includes courses and a dissertation designed to address school-based technology issues. The target audience is mainly Technology Directors, Specialists, Curriculum and Instruction Specialists, District Technology Leaders, District Administrators, Library Media Specialists, and educators with a strong technical background. It is open to all interested parties who hold a Master's Degree and who satisfy practical or "on the job" prerequisites.
All courses are taught in a hybrid or blended mode with onsite class meetings taking place at the Graduate Center at One Martine Avenue in White Plains. In between class meetings, students will collaborate on line.
Participants who take advantage of this program through the Teacher Center Network will receive a substantial discount on tuition rates.
